Default just starting out

HI! I'm wanting to start weight watchers, I heard it was a good program. But I have NO idea whatsoever how to get started. Can anyone take the time out to kinda explain it to me?

Thanks so much to whoever responds

Sami

Are you able to go to a meeting? That would be your first start.

You can edit your post. Look at the bottom right corner of what you posted. It will have an edit button and a quote button.

Do you see it?

The first step is to go to a meeting, get the information and the lecturer will explain the program to you. It is copyrighted information and cannot be passed around legally.

You can join W/W 3 ways:

1) go to a meeting (check you www.weightwatchers.com and find a meeting location and time near you). You get all the material and have interaction with a leader

2) you can order the 'At Home' Program with all the materials you get at the meeting you also get some phone support (check out www.weightwatchers.com for more details on it)

or

3) you can join W/W online at www.weightwatchers.com you get all the information but only on the computer

Remember everyone meetings are not the only answer to signing up with W/W.

Welcome Samilynn!

The ww website is a great place to get a bit of info. It depends on your situation, if you need the support of a group and the interaction of a meeting then I suggest going to a meeting if there is one close to you. I have heard the on-line program is good too

BTW - I removed the "undefined's" in your post for you

Good luck with WW whichever route you decide to go There is a lot of good info on this site as well as recipes and great support.
