Not too familiar with how to calculate how many points I need on the new Winning Points program - can anyone help me?

You need to tell us your weight and we can tell you the points.

if your current weight is less than 150 lbs your daily points range is 18 - 23 pts
150 - 174 20 - 25 pts
175 - 199 22 - 27
200 - 224 24 - 29
225 - 249 26 - 31
250 - 274 28 - 33
275 - 299 29 - 34
300 - 324 30 - 35
325 - 349 31 - 36
350 plus 32 - 37

Week 4 of WW you get the Get Moving Booklet and an activity finder. As a general guide if you do 20 minutes of activity you can earn 1 point if done at a moderate intensity, and 2 points if done at high intensity.
