Weigh in & meeting for me today... let's see how much damage I did by being on vacation.

L:
1 oz turkey on 2 slices LF bread w/lettuce & mustard (2/5)
Carrots (0/5)
Apple (1/6)

D:
1 cup skim milk (2/8)
Steamed broccoli, carrots & cauliflower (0/8)
Potato (2/10)
Small grilled pork chop (4/14)
Coleslaw salad (2/16)

Snack:
Peppermint patties (3/19)
FF ice cream/sherbet (6/25)

Water:
90 oz plus

Exercise:
Treadmill for 40 minutes/4 MPH/5% incline/255 calories

Worked out this am, and am totally starving for some reason. At the rate I'm going, I may be OP by LUNCH!!

Edit: Well, looks like I will indeed be over points for the day, but I'm gonna track 'em anyway.

3 mile walk/jog; 100 situps (This took me about 40 minutes. Maybe I earned some bonus points?)

At least I drank some during my workout; Will try to get in the rest. 32 oz. so far
