I just wanted to recommend that anyone who has not tried the cookie recipe that Christineu posted should definitely do so! I have now tried the banana, carrot and blueberry cookies and LOVE them! They are filling, healthy, and tasty! I was ready to order some off the internet for a ridiculous price just to try them, when I saw the recipe. I count them as only 2 pts each, since I emphasize fiber in my diet.
Thank you so much Christineu!

I agree! Christines recipe is great! I have been using it for a couple of months now and I love them all. A friend and I recently came up with a few variations. Chocolate-chocolate chip: Add 1/4 C dutch processed cocoa (Or regular but the dutch is a little smoother),1/4 c. extra splenda (I use splenda in place of the brown sugar in all my cookies) and 1/8 c. of walnuts (optional). I usually add a bit more vanilla too. It really curbs my chocolate tooth! HAve also been experimenting with flavored FF yogurts instead of plain. Not sure yet if it's making that much of a diiference, but it doesn't hurt (good to know when I run out of the plain and want to make a batch). Like Saskie said, if you haven't tried these you should!!

I follow the chocolate chip recipe, and just add the extra stuff. I think it calls for 1/8 c. of mini chips. I count them as 2 pts., but I tend to follow the old 123 system (without the fiber cap), since that's what I started with. It would be more under the new system, my guess is 3, at least.

You guys are so sweet

I am glad you all enjoy the recipe so much. I love hearing about all the varriations everyone comes up with. I would like to try the "real" BBC but on my university students budget I can't afford them-lol. When I finally finish my PhD in a few more years, I might actually be able to afford them.

One of these days I need to get back in my kitchen to and write down some of my other low fat/fat free recipes for baked goods. You may want to check out the dessert section of the board- I did post a fat free chocolate muffin and brownie recipe there.
