I know that I should take some stuff with me, but, for some reason I'm really concerned that I will eat stuff that will not help me, at least stay where I am (184) I have been going up and down with my weight and I really have been trying to stay OP, but somehow the numbers are not co-operating. I really need some help and some ideas, so pleeeeese help me stay OP and give me some ideas on what to take and what to do to keep myself from eating things that I know I shouldn't have.
I all most don't really want to go because I'm so afraid of eating too much of all the wrong foods. HELP!!Thanks in advance.
