advice regarding weightwatchers


  • I joined about a month ago and I lost 12lbs .I love it I eat out alot and I just follw the points in the dining out book you can also find point for restaurants on the web

  • That is what I LOVE about this program. I have wonderful choices so I don't feel deprived or sorry for myself because I can't eat like a non weight challenged (how's that for polical correctness?)person.

  • I agree. It really can fit ANY lifestyle, whether you have a restricted diet because of medical reasons or not.
