Question Desktop Points Calculator

Hi, I'm a newbie (just joined today), & am really interested in this program. Everyone seems to be so encouraging! & soooo much information is given it's just great!

Reading through different threads I've seen something about a desktop points calculator that will help me figure out the points.

Can anyone please send it to me? I would be so greatful

Also, I think I have the idea of the points down and I've found recipes & food information to get me started but I don't know if I have to just count points on any food that I choose, or do I have to take in so much in fruits, so much in veggies, protien etc.?

Any info would help...
Thanks,

Maree

There are points pies to use to help show how to break down your points. They are for lower carb, lower protein and balanced. These are available through meetings, the at-home program and online. If you join online or the at-home programs you get a points finder....a 'desk top' with the online and a cardboard slider and calculator with the at-home.

The basics of the program are:

2 servings of dairy (and it must be a dairy not just calcium)
5 servings of fruits and veggies
6-8 8-ounce glasses of water a day
