only 32 oz- have to cut back in am on work days

Went to the Doctor this am - gained a lb. since I was there for strep throat last month

7 oz. apple juice (about 2)
1 nectarine (1/3)
2 pcs lf brd (1/4)
peanut butter (2/6)

snack
ff yogurt (2/8)

Lunch
WW M.S. Bistro bowl (4/12)
plum (1/13)

Snack
6 kedems (1/14)

Dinner
Take-out Pizza - 1 slice Domino's medium deep dish - (5/19)
salad w/ ff ital. dressing
