Out of respect for other people here at 3fc site, now that I've explained myself (hating to do it before I'm ready, I'm usually the shy type and it takes time to introduce myself)I will no longer respond to *that* thread.
I'm sorry this bizarre event took place, boy, I had no idea what was coming when I signed up. whew.

Thank you.
I'm doing well! Had a terrific walk in the snowy hills of a nearby park and am snorfling some tofu 'parmesan' pasta right now. I posted the recipe in the veggie board. It's too easy to make, but good

Angela, thanks for the vegetarian recipes! I'll look forward to trying them. Do you know the points for a serving? That would be really helpful info.

And welcome!

I'm sorry I left the points out. The points can vary though depending on your pasta, choice of cheese/soy cheese and pasta sauce. I'll be sure to add points from now on
Ps, thank you everyone for the supportive messages and emails. I'll do my best to be supportive in every place I post. (message board addict..hehe..just call me an info sponge)
