I read somewhere that if you want to quickly get from one points bracket to the other to start eating the lower level of points. I am currently at 155 and eat 22pts and when I get to 150 I will be down to 20. Is it true that is I start eating 20pts now I will get down to 150 quicker? I started eating my AP 2 weeks ago which has helped and I eat some of my flex points on the weekends when I tend not to exercise. Thank you!
Not usually. Most of us find we lose better eating MORE not LESS points!
Personally I eat each and every point (and always have) available to me and average around 27-30 points a day.
You also do not go to 20 points until you hit 149.9 for the TPs.
