Wednesday has got to be better than Tuesday.

snack:
2 thin mint gs cookies 2/2
nf latte 2/4

dinner:
mushroom risotto 7/10
asparagus
(making up for a poor Tuesday veg. showing)

snack:
more evil icecream (2 spoonfuls) 2/12
cereal and milk 4/16

breakfast:
luna 4/20
coffee

lunch:
orange 1/21
subway veggie sub? 4/25
chips ????????


exercise: gym, 30 minute elliptical, 10 minute row ( 1 mile), 10 minute sm
and something for the big ab problem
cleaning up for the cleaning lady

water: si, si

Treadmill for 25 minutes at 4MPH at 6% incline

Hi lala and KT, and everyone else who is kicking around! I am officially giving maintainence a shot, so here it goes!

four twenty minute walks, fast pace ;) Done!!
1.5 hrs at gym- weights, treadmill,bike & stretching Done!!

It's a good day! :lol: I just handed in my last project for my entire university career! Now I just have 4 finals, and I am done!!!!
