My name is Jennifer, and I'm 27 years old with 47 lbs to lose.
I was on Atkins - and not seeing the progress I wanted to see - and suffered from not eating a lot of the foods I wanted to eat. So - I woke up this morning - and decided I need to start a new plan.
I chose WW because I saw the progress alot of people have had on this plan. So far - I'm really enjoying the way I'm eating. Oatmeal, a sandwhich, GRAPES!!
I feel like I've been deprived for so long - that the smaller portions don't bother me anymore



I don't run into that on WW, because as long as I plan, I can work just about anything into my program.
