Yummy Snacks

  • Just thought I would post on here about a good snack i just had. The new goldfish crisps are really good and they arent too bad for points. They are 3 pts for 37 crisps or 1.1oz. I found them to be really filling and them have them in different flavors! try them!
  • Kashi makes a cracker called TLC (Tasty Little Crackers) that I just bought after they were mentioned at my meeting last week. Wow, they weren't kidding! And they're 15 crackers for 2 points! Not bad! I just had them with my veggie chili tonight and they were fantastic.

Though not as good as 37 crisps! lol. Who makes the crisps?
  • Oooh! Thanks for the tidbit! I will look for them next time I get groceries!
  • The crisps are made by Pepperidge Farm, same as regualar goldfish, and also come in a variety of flavors.
  • Thanks - added to my shopping list for this week. Always nice to find point-friendly
    crunchy snacks.
  • Wow.. thanks for the tips. I am in my second week now and can't wait to try the goldfish crisps!
  • Those crisps do sound good! I haven't seen them around my grocery store, though. One snack that I really like when craving something sweet, is dry sugared cereal, like Fruit Loops. There's 2 pts. in a full cup of cereal and I eat them one at a time. I like it for the quantity and the sweetness. Most other sugared cereals have the same point value. Something that I also love when craving chocolate (and who doesn't??!!) are those pudding tubes made by Hunt's, I believe, in the pudding aisle of the grocery store. There's only 2 pts. per tube and it's REAL chocolate pudding...not the diet tasting stuff. YUM!

  • I couldnt' find the goldfish crisps - just the regular kind. Where should I look?
  • I got them at stop and shop and they had alot of different flavors. First time i saw them was last week when i went grocery shopping. In my stop n shop they are right with the bagged goldfish, but they come in a box.
  • I bought a box of these, and they are really good! Thanks for the info!
