Hey everyone! I just wanted to introduce myself and say hi. I am very new to WW and to 3FC as well. I am actually starting WW with a friend of mine. She had started it before and has all the books and what not so that is what I am using. Im not going to any meetings or anything, just trying to learn the point system and excersize. No special tools. IS anyone else doing that? I look foward to getting to know you all and I hope to be able to offer support as well as gain it through this long, and HARD journey.

Does anyone else have a large amount to lose? I would like to slim down by about 100lbs or so. Goodluck to everyone!
