    Exercise = walk 2 miles at lunch time.

    (Stayed the same at WI on Sat., which is good since I hadn't WI for 3 weeks, and about 2 weeks ago, I wasn't doing very well eating!)

    Are you still trying to lose? I thought you had decided that your body was happy at that weight? I am just curious, because I see that you are always in the low pts range, and I know you have been maintaining for a long time!
    I hope really hope I have some sort of loss this week- after last weeks freaky huge gain! My scale at home says that the gain is gone, but you know how different scales say different things! I have really stuck to the program, though, for the first time in SO long.
    The shrimp pasta bowl you mentioned, was that Healthy Choice brand? If so, what do you think of them?
