I agree with Quilter... protein makes ALL the difference! If I eat a bagel with FF cream cheese for breakfast and some coffee at 7:00, by 10:30 I am RAVENOUS!
But if I eat a couple eggs and 2 slices Canadian bacon or reg. bacon, I am good till at least 1:00 pm.
Tuna, cheese sticks, eggs, little meat roll-ups with mustard, are all good snacks to tide you over.
Try entering a day's worth of foods into
www.fitday.com and see what percentage carbs/fat/protein you are eating. At 26 points you shouldn't be starving, and you should also be definitely losing weight... Do you usually eat way under 26 points? I find I lose more if I eat all the points I can - minimum target plus activity points plus flex points.
Sounds weird but I think it keeps my metabolism revved up. If you stay too low in points, your body will think you are starving and try to help you by slowing down your calorie burning.
