breakfast:
non fat latte 2
beets 0 1 V
some dressing 2
kale/rice salad 2 2 V

lunch:
amy's stuffed shells 6 1V
tea

snack pre-class:
part of a muffin (brain loss) 3/15
undetermined, still full from lunch

dinner:
4 turkey meatballs 3/18
some pasta 2/20
sauce 0/20
cheese 1/21
pear 1/22
tea

exercise: 30 min bike, 30 min weights 3 activity points earned

flex points abused: none
water: nope, not yet.
vitamin:yup
