I was on a message board at my quit smoking site (www.quitnet.org which is amazing if you're trying to quit) and on their weight threads someone posted a link to an information packed, funny website. This website is one girl's story of losing weight and using free weights. She's really into lifting but even if you're not interested in that stuff, there is alot of other useful information.
