Default WW Changes
I have heard that weight watchers changed their system. Does anyone find that it’s working better?

Currently it is still Freestyle. They are just trying to be more about health and wellness then weight loss. Still not a fan of freestyle, but I am giving it a real shot. It I don't lose a decent amount by December, back to points plus I will go.
