I have been reading about eating mindfully. I am doing WW and am going to use this space to think about how the 2 are connected. I would love company on this journey
My story is I have been athletic and healthy most of my life. When I went away to school, I gained about 10 pounds but lost it over the year without dieting. When I started working, I didn't exercise regularly and gained about 20 pounds. I did WW to lose it and started running again. After an injury, I gained it back over about 4 years. So now I am back at it and looking at a lifestyle adjustment with mindfulness at the heart of it.
