Hi! I'm just now starting back again too. I weighed in on Tuesday for the first time is I don't know how long. I have done very well with this one time 7 years ago and have stunk since. We all know what to do, it's just being reminded. Drink water, don't eat mindlessly, journal, and by all means, no excuses excepted, go to meetings, weigh in and stay in!
