Hello everyone!!! I am new to the board/ww again. i had previously tried WW but stopped because of life taking over, but i'm back with the program
does anyone have any pointers or tricks of the trade?? :?: |
Hi and welcome! I just have the usual advice...stick with the program (it does work), drink alot of water, get in some sort of exercise each day, eat within your point range, and be good to yourself. You can do it and this is the best site for advice. Best of luck, and keep on posting!

Hi! I'm just now starting back again too. I weighed in on Tuesday for the first time is I don't know how long. I have done very well with this one time 7 years ago and have stunk since. We all know what to do, it's just being reminded. Drink water, don't eat mindlessly, journal, and by all means, no excuses excepted, go to meetings, weigh in and stay in! Trust me, this is as much for me as you, GOOD LUCK!
