Did my w/i today & was up 1/2#. Not as bad as I thought it would be but not in right direction for goal. Congrats to all you who had weight losses. Yeah! Took today off & went to trailer last night & stayed over. Went swimming today & ate lots of fruit & drank lots of water. Feel good. Have a great one. |
Hello everyone! I have started on my trip. Last night I came to my Mom's in Boston, tomorrow it's off to California. I ended up losing 4 out of the 5 pounds that I wanted to lose before this trip. I am happy with that! I realize it is going to be difficult going out to eat all the time and stay OP. I am going to keep exercising and drinking my water. I am going to work on eating healthy, and watching my portions. Wish me luck, have a good week end!

At WI last week I had lost the 2 pounds I gained but after eating at my mother-in-laws today I've probably gained them right back. I don't see me reaching the goal of 5 pounds before the 4th. But I'm going to keep at it. I refuse to give up on my goals. Guys: We can do this!!! |

Congrats to all on your loses. Saturday was WI. I went and had lost 2#. Of course the last three mornings I have weighed a lbs less that that! Whats up with that....I would have lost 10 lbs if it would have come off a day earlier :lol: So I have 4 days to drop 2 lbs....I dont think that it will happen, but I am gonna work for it. Maybe if I diet really hard I will at least drop one of them. Starting today I have 16 days exactly to drop a few more lbs before trip to the beach! I would like to drop 6 lbs by then so I would be at 165, but I will settle for 167. It will still look alot better laying out than what I started at. Hope everyone is doing well. Heres to an OP week, and getting as close to our goals as possible!! |
Congrats ladies on your losses. Had a terrible time over the long weekend. Drank & ate way too much. Have to really focus this week to drop some by next w/i.

Hey all! I just got back from 6 days of holidays. At last week's weigh in I gained 1.6, at today's I gained 4#. YIKES! I am sure some of it will come off easy, but it is time to get back at it! I am going to start a new challenge, if there isn't one going already...

I have also failed at this challenge:( I have been at 180 for three weeks after losing at least 2 pounds a week. Very discouraging. It has rained so much here that my walking buddy and I have have gotten off track. I bought the Walk Away the Pounds Extreme last week and I have been doing 2 miles with that. I'm all up for a new challenge. What about a Labor Day challenge? Congrats to all those that have lost!!! |
