Default Eating weight Watchers Soup Recipe?

I made the 0 points soup recipe that WW has. The only thing is that the recipe says it makes one cup servings.

Does anyone else eat/make this? If I have a two-cup serving, is it still considered 0 points?

Dixiemom makes and eats it. Hopefully she'll stop by this thread and help.

I've made it quite often but I think I'm sick of it! But I would generally not count it when I ate it. I think I stuck to the 1 cup serving most of the time, but I figured it was basically like a bowl of vegetables in some broth. So just like with fruits and vegetables, it's not something to worry about unless you become unhappy with your weight loss, then you might consider backing off or tracking a point when you eat it.

I agree with Amy8888. I would still count it as 0pps, but that is not the official ww stance. They would probadly say if you ate 2cups it would count as something. You can check this if you have etools. I will check once I am done this post and let you know the answer.

I change the recipe and add tomatoes, so if I put my receipe in the builder it is 1pps for 1c. But my theory is that if I can eat 1c of any thing I add to the soup for 0pps, then when I combine them in a soup it is still only 0pps. It has worked for me so that is what I am going with. I would only change this if I found my weight loss slowed and I wanted to cut back more, but it did not and now I am at goal, so it worked.

I checked the Garden Vegetable soup on etools and as soon as you go over 1c it is 1pps. So 2c = 1pps.

But again I go by what I said above.
