Is there a section for weekly challenges? It doesn't necessarily have to be WW. But if there isn't one, maybe we can start it? I need an extra boost to keep me going every week and I think it might help.
IE:
Fitness Challenges: earn 4 AP a day; take 85,000 steps this week; try a new activity for you; take the stairs wherever possible (if possible); park in the last spot available at the grocery store every time you go this week; etc.
Food Challenges: Drink at least 10 C. of water a day; try a new vegetable or fruit; make a new recipe; try a new food recommended by someone here; etc.
Is there a place on this forum? OR, is anyone game?
