Default HELP!!! Need Recipes!!

Hey everyone,

My work just changed my hours 11:30am-8pm! long story short we have a cooking schedule for myself, husband and our roommate, we each cook 2 nights a week...

Well with my new late hours, i dont want to make them wait to eat.... so bring forth the casseroles and crock pot! (aka things i can cook before work!)

Anyone have stellar recipes I can give a whirl?

Thanks for your help!!!!!

Here's the link to WW crock pot recipes:

http://www.3fatchicks.com/forum/crockpot-recipes-181/

These should give you a good start.

I love this on salad with a tiny bit of blue cheese

If you go to skinnytaste (dot) com, there is a way to search for crockpot meals, casseroles, and meals by their points plus values. If you're not familiar with her website, she posts the nutrition facts, old WW Points and new PP for each recipe. You can build a recipe box, which I do once we try a recipe and my husband gives it a thumbs up.

I love her Crock Pot Italian Meatballs. They are considered my signature dish and my firefighters love them!
