Back in February 2012, I joined WW and was a member for about 6 months or so before I fell off the wagon. I was taught how to do the program under the PointsPlus values, with the weekly extra 49 points, and you were able to gain "more points" by doing exercise etc.

How has the program changed with the introduction of WW 360? I read that the points are calculated differently, thus packaging that features PointsPlus values from the previous program (the one used last year) are no longer correct. Is this true? I was thinking of starting WW again, but because of money issues wouldn't be able to join but was going to do it on my own. If things have changed alot with the new 360 program, then I will figure out how to pay for the meetings until I understand the new guidelines.

The Points Plus part has remained exactly the same. The only thing that changed is that WW in general has become more focused on behavior modification.

I plan on starting, hopefully, this week. I have all my old books from this past year and plan to use those plus online sources to track and what not.
