I have a graph of my weight loss in January. It's awesome! I weigh daily but only count on Tuesdays. The first two weeks was just on slight calorie counting and the last two weeks have been on Weight Watchers.

I have had an awesome day! First off, I finished early at work so have some "down" time. Which means I get to have a longer lunch
dh put himself in my good graces and cleaned house, did the grocery shopping and cooked dinner while I slept (I yelled at him yesterday because I felt like he wasn't pitching in and leaving it all to me. I think he got the point! lol) I got in another ten minutes of exercise yesterday when I got home from work (won't be happening today because the kids will be home and after last time, I will exercise alone thank you very much! lol) I hopped on the scale before heading to bed this morning and am down 3 pounds! That's the two from last week that I gained and they took a friend with them! And on top of it, the lady that I had make our custom Dr. Who dolls agreed to make the companions and villians at a cheaper price than the last ones! I am pretty excited about that. So it's been a GOOD day! Here is my meal today 2am smart ones meal 8 kiwi 0 grapes 0 mock wings 1 8 am waffles with sf syrup 6 blood orange 0 dinner (if i wake up for it) spaghetti with sausage (14) texas toast (5) leaves me 8 points which i will probably use for ice cream!
