This past week...
-- I actually hit my goal challenge goal wt of 153 yesterday but am at 153.5 today. I think I'm going to change my overall goal for the challenge to motivate myself to keep going!
-- I've been doing well tracking my points and staying within my range.
-- I ran 4x. Today I ran 2 miles which was my goal for the end of September!
For next week...
-- Research some more receipes.
-- I'm going to two events next weekend so I want to plot out my meals before going so that I don't overeat at the events.
-- Run at least 4x, one of those being 2miles again.
