Hi Everyone!

Haven't been here in so long! Unfortunately my OCD and anxiety has been so bad these past few months that I haven't been on track. I've been maintaining my weight through exercise but I really need to get back on track with Weight Watchers.

I just started taking Sertraline and it's making me feel awful but it's helping my anxiety and OCD. The good thing about the medicine is that since I started taking it, I haven't felt the urge to binge eat!

Good luck for tomorrow on your WI Kim, i am sure it will be great. I have been off track also, and i havent been on this site in a while, thats probably part of my problem, i can feel that ive been eating more and more things i shouldnt and i am struggling like **** through my 170's. Last week i lost 0.5lb and it put me at 171.5 so i feel a little more motivated knowing that i am that much closer to getting into the 160's. Im not sure why its getting so tough at this point.

I started Roller Derby and i love it to death, its an excercise that i really really enjoy a lot! its an insane work out....So trying to fit that in as much as i can these days.

I recently started taking it as well. Made me feel sick for a few days, and lose my appetite (yay), but it's been great other than that. OCD and anxiety remains in check most of the time. I'm glad to hear that it has worked for you as well!
