Default Activity Point Help Needed!!

Hi,

So I went away to the Cape last week and walked the beach (not sure of distance) everyday and it took 60 minutes first few days, then we got into a groove and did it in 45-50 minutes daily. My question is, how do I calculate walking barefoot on the sand at a steady faster pace for 50 minutes? I used the regular walking points, but read online that walking barefoot in sand is a higher workout.

Any insight would be great!!

Oh, and I'm nervous to weigh in Sat, I have no clue what I weigh now, however I did track everything honestly good or bad!!

Guess i answered my own question, just found this!!

"Beach walking and running: 330-800 calories/hour
Walking or running on deep, loose sand challenges your balance and engages more muscle fibers, which means you'll burn 30% more calories than walking or running on a flat surface, even when working at the same speed!"

I need a little activity point help too. In the activity point part of online tools, there are workouts, but there is no link, that i can find, to the workouts listed.

So, if I go to the Activity Tracker, and browse by WORKOUTS and choose ABS FOR BEGINNERS WORKOUT, it opens a new window with options for tracking LOW, MODERATE, and HIGH, but there is no link to the actual workout.

When I search the WW site for ABS FOR BEGINNERS WORKOUT and for ABS FOR BEGINNERS - 0 resultes returned with a workout.

I am looking to add variation, esp. that already has valus listed. Any clues?
