Default I'm back!
Hi Everyone!

I'm finally ready to get back on track with Weight Watchers. I've been at it for almost 2.5 years and ended up gaining 15lbs of the 115lbs I lost back. I think I really needed the mental break from counting, counting, counting all the time. It was stressing me out and I almost became OCDish about it.

This time I'm ready to get to goal!

Welcome back!! I took a break too, mostly maintained for most of the year except for gaining 5lbs recently (which is why I'm back here too, lol.) Let's get it done!

I have been there so many times!! The nice thing is that the plan is always there for you when you want to use it. Welcome back

btw, have you played around with Simply Filling at all?
