Default Don't know how to count pasta

Hi,
I am new to WW so I'm a little nervous that I may not be counting some things correctly.

Last night I made spaghetti for dinner. I used gluten-free pasta and entered it as a custom food. However, it shows as 3 points for 56 grams of dry pasta, and I ate a cup of cooked pasta.

Pardon my ignorance, but how do I figure out my points for this? Any help is appreciated.

My best advice to you is to weigh out your pasta before you cook it. You might even want to even cook it by itself to see what a one serving portion looks like on your plate. As for you 1 cup I have no idea what that would be..sorry
