
So here was me back in late December 2010, about a month before I started, weighing in at 311 lbs:

And here is me now at 235 lbs:

So for those of you just starting out or those struggling, know that it CAN be done. It takes work and patience, but if you believe in yourself enough you can do it. Some weeks you rock it, some weeks you don't. It's all part of the journey and eventually you learn that the number does not define you because you are getting healthier and more fit. I still have another 75 lbs to go, but I'm already halfway there! And, let me tell you, reaching the halfway point makes me feel that much more motivated to keep on going
