Default Losing too fast

I lose up to 1.5 kilos (3.3lbs) a week and I know that's too much. I don't know what I'm doing wrong. I track everything I eat and eat up all my daily points and eat most of my weekly points. I don't use my activity points but there usually isn't many of them anyway. I know I probably should eat up all my points but I often feel guilty if I do.

Enjoy it while it lasts I am sure it will slow down soon.Higher weights often have big losses at the beginning.

How long have you been on the plan? I wouldn't worry too much. That 1-2 pound rule is just an average, and if you are still in the high 200's I don't think that 3 is unreasonable at all.

You are losing just fine for your start weight. You arer creating a large deficit and your body is adjusting to your new routine. Just don't think you are doing something wrong when you are losing just a pound a week when you are closer to goal or even less.

Good job and good luck!

I just had this same thing happen a few weeks ago where my weight tracker said "You're losing too fast, please slow down." The tracker doesn't take into account a. your starting weight, b. your current weight, c. how much you have to lose.
Don't worry about it, you'll be fine.

Eating your weekly points is fine. I usually find when I eat all my daily, weekly and activity points I lose more weight. This varies from person to person though. I'm doing cycling now where for 2 weeks I eat only my daily then for 2 weeks I eat them all so it keeps shocking my body.

Thank you all for the replies!
I'm not so worried now. I don't feel so guilty about eating my weekly points.

when I did weight watchers the first time I started at the same weight as you and I lost about 3lbs. per week average, too. as you get smaller it won't come off as quickly. it's nothing to worry about. now if you were losing 6-8lbs per week, that might be something to worry about.

I also lost at a quicker rate than most and then it slowed down the closer I got to goal. Enjoy it!!

that whole "2lb/wk" thing is only for average ppl with moderate weight to lose.

the larger you are, the more you can afford to drop.

two things: keep your protein up and keep moving.
