Well, I didn't quite meet my weekly weight loss goal of two pounds but my goal is aggressive and the "ideal" weight loss so I'm not really disappointed. I still got a 1.4 loss for the week. I'm happy with that as my weight had gone up and down all freaking week and I had Chinese food last night.
Thankfully it's spring break so I'm on a normal work schedule. I can go home for my full hour lunch and avoid the over processed frozen lunch foods. I'm interested to see if that reduction in sodium helps shed some water weight. Also, I cleared out the garage enough to add some foam tiles, put a heater/ac and a TV and plan on doing some weight loss videos in there. I hate kicking the family out of the living room for 30-60 minutes.

My kids are so young they have no concept to stay clear of flailing arms and legs!
