Think we should do this again for everyone who didn't start on the first week of this one. I would personally really love it.

This past weekend I had some food-choice and walking troubles. (ie - didn't make the best decisions) I'm not too beat up about it. ShouldaCouldaWoulda. Today's a new day. Better choices will be made.

I managed about two pounds down this week, and overall that means I lost 10.7 pounds from my starting weight for this challenge. I never want to see 280 pounds on the scale ever again.

Final Week Thoughts: It's been about two months since really getting my feet back on the ground and moving forward. I've done well. A few minor speedbumps here and there, but overall I've improved since the Holiday season. I'm glad for it.

Congratulations to everyone who stuck it out, and to everyone who got closer to their goals Thank you to everyone who participated and I hope to see you again in future challenges

I can't believe it's already the end of February!! Where does the time go? Hard to believe we're only a couple days away from March already!

I think I forgot to input my weight from this past weekend's weigh in on Saturday, but I ended up staying the same from last week, so it worked out I was probably more excited about staying the same than I normally would be because of the fact that I was on vacation last week, only was able to walk two of the days, and ate out most meals. So, I did the best I could to stay in control with a few splurges here and there and felt that I was rewarded with the maintain!

I have lost 10.4 pounds since the beginning of the year!! It's nice to see the numbers spread out over the two months because just looking at it from week to week, especially when you have a smaller loss or no loss, can be discouraging. But looking at the bigger picture definitely helps!

My goal for this challenge was 12.2. My 2.6 loss this week brought me up to a total of 11 pounds lost. I am 100% ok with that loss even with missing my goal by a bit. :-)

Seriously I was laying in bed this morning thinking about it and I've lost in 2 months what it too me about 4 to loss last year. Amazing how much adding in exercise can help.

I've already started this week off right - I went straight to the gym after my meeting and did a 5K on the treadmill then as I was leaving I received a text from a friend asking me if I wanted to hang out. We ended up doing a lot of walking along trails at a local park. Total activity points earned: 12. I've been getting 10-14 per week. I should get around 20 this week. :-)

I'm looking forward to our next challenge because I haven't set a new goal for myself since my 10% goal. :-)

Hey all! My WI is only next friday, and I'm super glad of that, because I LOST it last weekend.

In term of food it was okay : indulge a bit but it wasn't over the top. I had a get together reunion with a friend I haven't seen in the past 6 months and we went snowshoeing for the day in the fluffly snow. It was hilly, so it was a great workout. We had dinner together, we had cheese fondue that wasn't the best healthy choice ever but we did no over do it : a bit of bread a veggies.

The problem was the alcool. We LOST it LOL. Weren't proud of it.

So today I'm up 2 pounds from friday, but I know there's probably a lot of water weight in that. Hopefully it will be all gown by friday...

I'm also planning to start again with running this week. After my 10k race last week, I wanted to take a week off of running to let my muscles relax a bit and heal. I did light walking during the week, but nothing like the training I was used to. So this week back to that, cause I'm starting a half-marathon training (I'm thinking I'm a bit out of my mind on that though LOL)

I'm not at my goal yet, but I'm on my way. We did a great job, ladies!

I'm pretty happy with my loss so far for this challenge and I am so glad you are going to do this again. I don't go to meetings, just do it online, and posting my losses publicly really keeps me motivated to push through those days when you just feel empty and never get enough to eat.

I lost 10.6 so far, my next weigh in is this Saturday, I was going to count that as my final weigh in for this challenge and I'm hoping to get closer to the 15 lb goal. I've been riding a bike for 5-10 miles a day and really pounding the water, but for some reason I don't feel like i will lose this week.

I had my final WI this morning at 145.6 lbs. A gain from last week, but in the end I still made it to my goal.

I had my final weigh in the morning, I lost another 1.8 for a total of 12.4. I didn't make my goal, 15 pounds, but I came close enough that I am pretty happy with it. I'll be on the lookout for the next challenge, can't wait to sign up!

So we have this week between challenges and I was so stuck over these past 8 weeks so what happens????

I buy a new scale (just positive the old one was broke) and low and behold I the old scale had me at 3lbs heavier then the following day I drop 2lb that is more than I lost in two months
