Default Weight Watchers Points Plus????? Help

I do not enjoy cooking, and can't even be creative enough to come up with something to cook. This is not making weight watchers easy for me. Can anyone help me with some recipes that give the points plus values? Thank you!!!!!!!

There are hundreds on the WW website and you can buy their cookbooks on Amazon and ebay.

yep, check the WW site, and if you google WW recipes you can find a ton. My go to sites are skinnytaste, laloosh and kalyn's kitchen

Not only are the sites mentioned pretty awesome, but there's also a section right here in the WW Area on 3FC that many members have listed their favorite recipes.

Just make sure that the recipe has the points listed as PointsPlus, and you're good to go

Keep in mind that ANY cookbook or cooking site that offers the nutritional information is an "easy WW recipe" as you can calculate the PointsPlus directly from that on your PointsPlus Calculator.

If you're an Online member, the recipe builder is a great and simple tool for these situations, as well. Any recipe becomes trackable by merely typing it in and setting the servings.

It's a little more time consuming without the recipe builder from the eTools, but figuring out the PointsPlus for all recipes is quite possible when you're doing the cooking. It involves adding up the points for the full amount of all the items and then dividing the points by the number of servings.

With these methods, any recipe is a WW recipe. Granted, some recipes might be many more PointsPlus than other recipes, but they're still trackable. That means that foods on WW don't have to be tired and "diet-y".

Good luck in your recipe search!

I usually google what I want to make for that day. Like...if I have chicken in the fridge I'll google 'weight watcher chicken recipes" and tons of choices come up.
Also the library has alot of weight watchers and other low cal cook books.
I also love to take a regular recipe and switch up the ingredients to make it as low cal and low fat as I can.
Good luck!
