A couple days of poor choices won't put an end to your healthy choices... as long as you don't let them.

This moment is a new moment. And tomorrow is, indeed, a new day.

Brush it off, and back to plan. That's how those who make it to goal stay there.

I blew yesterday (70 pts)! I went through WPs and part of my APs! But it was a family member's b-day. It was the only time I cheated all week.

I think it's most important to be able to have those "blown" days and be able to pick right back up the next day and get right back into it. That is more of a sign of being on the right track since it is so much easier to blow it and then just continue making bad choices.

Start today anew and get right back on it!!!

You stumble but you haven't fallen! That's what's important. :-)

Don't give up, sunflower-lady I have heard of people who found in the past that those little accidental splurges can kick-start your metabolism again and as long as you stay strong and stick to plan the rest of the week, you will still lose ^_^ Don't lose your mojo - just start a fresh and carry on.
