Default Not enough calories?

So they say to not go below 1200 calories a day. The spreadsheet I have tracks my points but it also tracks my calories and on a on point day I am usually under 1200 calories.

Should I worry about this?

Last week I ate half my flex and all my AP's and I was still under in calories most days.

You're using Momentum, yes?

How many Daily Points do you eat?
How many Weekly Points/Activity Points did you have?
Did you also track your vegetable servings on your spreadsheet? Most vegetables are Zero Points, but they still have calories.

ETA: The older plans work roughly along this line - The ABSOLUTE MINIMUM points per day is 18. Points are give-or-take 50 calories. The 18 points brings a member to ~900-1000 calories. That's NOT including the zero point vegetables that the plans expects it's members to eat daily, which adds in another ~200-300 calories. On top of that... there are the Weekly Points, and Activity Points that they also provide for members to use.

Most members' points should be plenty adequate based on this.

This is actually one of the reasons that I'm currently transitioning from using WW points to calorie counting. I do the Winning Points program, and I've noticed that when I eat within my points range (including 5 extra points for part-time breastfeeding), I'm way under my suggested calories NOT factoring in any extra for nursing. I've started tracking concurrently so I can get a handle on calories, since I've been thinking in points since 2003.

Lovely~yes I am doing the momentum plan and I am eating 20 points a day and I do track my veggies also. I get 35 extra points and I try to spread those out but usually if i eat too many of them I do not lose any weight.

1 point is "roughly" 50 calories so that's 1000 calories give or take
