Operation 2012

  • Well its time where people are making resolutions for the new year, and I am not. I am implementing Operation 2012. It is a year long goal, it doesn't end by MLK day because I'm bored of my resolution. It is two fold (in terms of health)

    #1 I will work out more days per month than I don't. (I haven't been doing it at all)

    #2 I will stay OP and focus my food choices on natural whole foods

  • I figure I'm doing nothing right now except maybe a walk on the weekends, so if I can get 16/31 days in January, then I'm doing WAY better! Eventually I will up it to committing to doing 22 days a month but for now I feel this is doable.
