Default Here's my menu for the week

So I am a menu planner. I am also on the Momentum plan so I had fun cracking into my old cookbooks. I am joining the gym tomorrow and they have a 3 day a week 90 day challenge class I will also be joining...

Penne & Shrimp in a tomato cream sauce (10pts)
Salad

Lemon Rosemary Chicken breast (6pts)
coconut pineapple ginger rice (2 pts)

veggie

Sesame Salmon (7pts)
wild rice (2pts)
veggie

Beef tenderloin with mushroom gravy (6pts)
mashed potatoes
veggies

Crab Melt Sandwiches (5pts)
soup (not sure what type yet)

Terriyaki ranch chicken bake (6.5 pts)
noodles
salad
