Official training is starting TUESDAY!
I'M following a program designed by Jen-Yves Cloutier, he's like a run guru over here and he's the one designing the training programs for the Montreal Marathon (5k, 10k, half and full)
Everything is on the website, if you want. It starts by a 8 weeks fitness training followed by a specific training that you pick considering in what time you'd like to do the distance and you R1 pace (R1 is you basic runnign pace, the one you can ran the longest with)
It's quite easy to follow but it kinda need some kind of device (I have an old garmin watch) to follow your pace though :S
