Don't get me wrong, I think this is a great service and I do believe her recipes are healthy, reduced fat and easy to make. I liked everything I made off of the sample menu and could have lived with it as is, but others were saying where's the meat? Some of these were what I'd call a"whiff of meat" pasta dish. She does provide NI info and most were around 8-10 pts for main dish which is very doable. I LOVED the fact that you just print it off, go to the store, buy everything at once, have the recipes handy and no mental exercises required. I also saw that she offers vegetarian menues which obviously wouldn't work in my family but might work for others.
I did ask my family to look over the plan for the week to see if there was anything they wouldn't eat and they all OK'd it. I also made the recipes as printed the first time cause I wanted to see how they were in their purist form. Obviously I could modify them for my family's taste (such as reducing pasta and adding more meat) which I may end up doing.
Anyway, I'm looking for alternatives before I decide. Anyone know of any other such services that take all the work out of what's for supper?
