DAILY TARGET POINTS 24 (following weight watchers turn around circa 2007 ha)

BREAKFAST: arnold sandwich thin 1pt, egg 2pts, reduced fat cheese 1pt
LUNCH: sandwich 6 pt, yogurt 2pt, and raisins 2pt
DINNER: perogies 4pts, 1/2 green beans 0pt
Subtotal 18 points

Not sure what else to eat to meet my target points for the day!!

yesterday was better:
salad, feta, 4 olives, evoo lunch
glucerna diabetic drink breakfast
grapes snack
baked chicken, cauliflower, mac n cheese dinner
coffee/milk

today will be a yogurt/fruit/cereal parfait breakfast
salada, feta, evoo lunch
fruit snack
dinner? something generic protein/veg/starch

WW breakfast burrito (5PP)

lunch:chocolate milk (3PP), mcdonalds junior chicken burger(9PP),
snack wrap (5pp)

snack: fruit salad with a little whipped cream (2PP), sandwich with peanut butter and jam (10PP)

supper: cream of tomato soup (2PP), 1/2 egg salad sandwich (5PP), veggies (0PP), tea with milk and sugar (2PP)

snack: will edit later to enter snack

Total for the day: 45

snack: mini can of pepsi(3PP), ww granola bar (2PP)

supper: mini pizza (6PP), deli ham slices (2PP) =37
