Thanks for all the tattoo compliments. Its healing nicely so I'm looking forward to getting it touched up a bit on Sunday I've had a decent week so far tho school is stressing me out. Foodwise I've done well! I've let myself slack on tracking so much simply because I'm eating such low point foods that it seems to be naturally right in the area I need to be. I'll have to pick it up quickly once I'm done this challenge tho.

Just went to a Saturday AM meeting to weigh in since I missed my Thursday one. Lost 3.2!! I'm ecstatic! I'm only 1.2 away from my goal! I owe at least half of that loss this week to being sick on thursday.

Hey ladies! hope you're all doing fine!

patchy, good luck for your touch up on Sunday!

I'm going to a party tonight, friends of mine are doing something for the celebrations of their new appartment... It's only gonna be hors-d'oeuvre... It's gonna be hard to eat a bit, keeping the point low without starving.

I ran 5k this morning, so at least I gained some AP points here.. I considered bringing some veggies in my purse but one of the girl will freak if she sees me do that :/

Weighed in yesterday stayed the same. I have been stuck for a few weeks at this weight.

Yesterday was a family party lots of food and desserts and I went out for dinner with my dh last night. I enjoyed the whole day and indulged. For a total of 38 points. It's ok because the last fees weeks my diet has been clean and this past week more then a couple days way under points. I'm hoping the spike in calories will move things along. That and when Tom ends I'm hoping to be down.
also need to up the exercise this week.

Congrats to those that have lost this week and to those that have achieved NSV goals. Keep going! Have a great Sunday!

I am starting back to weight watchers... I'm still paying, but not ready to go back to meetings... I'd like to get under 200 again. So wish me luck. 10 lbs away.

Thanks Turbo, my appointment went really well! He even touched up an old tattoo on my shoulder that looked horrible. Getting the ribs tattooed is the most painful thing I've ever done *laughs* But its a personal phrase and it means a lot so it was worth it. Anyway, my finished (For now) back:



Proatthis, we all need those induldge days I think. sometimes I wonder if it gives our metabolism a little boost

Today was my WI and I went up 0.8. But I was expecting a gain, and expecting way more, so I'm okay with it. I let PMS get the better of me and was really lazy about tracking all weekend. But I also made sure to do lots of exercise: I walked 2 miles on Friday and 4 miles yesterday, in addition to the normal workouts I do after work during the week and I'm sure that all helped.

I woke up this morning and it's a new week and a fresh start!
