I always get 30-40 or so, though once a month or so it ends up being more like 75-80 for the week. I love being at my gym, I'm usually there 5-7 days a week, and love to do a variety of things there. Yoga, c25k, zumba, spin, water aerobics, strength/cardio circuits, etc. When the weather isn't too miserable on the weekends, hubby and I try to spend a day hiking. Granted, it's usually too miserable by hubby's standards for most of the summer. Finally starting to get nice again though!
