Get a baked potato and a small chili at Wendy's.
small chili is 4
baked potato with butter and sour cream is 8 - minus the butter and sour cream they list it as 7, so I'm thinking the sour cream is the negligible part of that equation.
Total of 12 points - and totally delicious

I have a cute tote that no one would know it wasn't a purse. I always grab that when I leave the house. It has all my WW materials in it. That way if we decide to eat somewhere impromptu (which we hardly ever do) then I can look up low point options.

Also remember, when in doubt, a small plain burger (ketchup only) is a good way to go! Sometimes if I'm stuck I'll get a Jr Hamburger at wendys with ketchup only and then i'll eat some veg and fruit to supplement, or get a salad with no dressing on the side!]

If you have a smart phone, try the app FatSecret. It has nutrition facts for all kinds of restuarant chains!
