My scale was up a little bit this week, but I wasn't surprised. I'm not terribly concerned with it, either.
My plans for this week: MORE VEGGIES! I've noticed that when I keep them on hand I do included them in more of my meals and snacks. So I need to make it a priority to get out to the produce store once a week like clockwork. Then I can have more salads for lunch, and more veggies as part of my dinner. As well as things like carrots to crunch on for snacks.
I'm thinking about adding 5 more minutes to my daily exercise routine. I might start out with it being every other day of 5 minutes more, as I ease into it.
So. Got myself some solid, healthy plans. And I'm really looking forward to the week!
