Talking 10%! (And then a little)
Excuse me while I do a little dance ~



I've now lost 10%, and a total of 33.3 pounds! I'm fairly solidly no longer 300+. I've been on plan since April 18th of this year (this time), so most importantly... I'm still here! No giving up!

What do you get for meeting your 10% at the WW meeting? Is it a sticker or something else? curious...

10% when I got it the first time around was the keyring. Then they gave out charms for the "stay and succeed" award, and the lifetime key, etc. You could put them all on your keyring.
